Do you charge any commission for selling?
No. Zero commission, always. You set the price and receive the full amount when your item sells. You can even price it higher than your initial quote — if it sells at that price, you keep everything.
What kind of fashion items can I sell?
We accept clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories for both men and women. Items should be clean, in good condition, and preferably from a recognisable brand. Our team will let you know during the quality check if an item cannot be listed.
How does the pickup work?
Once you register, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup slot. We come to your address — no need to go anywhere or arrange packaging.
How long until I get paid after my item sells?
Payment is initiated to your bank account as soon as your item is marked sold. Transfer times depend on your bank but are typically within 1–2 business days.
What if my item doesn't sell?
If an item doesn't sell within the agreed listing period, we'll return it to you at no cost. There are no hidden fees or penalties.
What happens if a buyer returns an item?
Buyer returns are handled entirely by us. If a return is accepted, the item comes back to us — we'll relist it or return it to you. You are never required to manage a return directly.
